Hi there! I’m Chase Hartman, a fashion photographer based in Downtown Chicago. I first picked up a camera while shooting runway shows and portraits in Kansas City, where I finished high school. What started as curiosity quickly became an immersion into a world I once thought was secret, distant, or even a little taboo.

Stepping into the seams of runway fashion lit something in me, a craving for spaces where motion meets aesthetic, where light feels like touch, and where images breathe on their own.

I’m currently completing my B.A. in Advertising and Media Production at Columbia College Chicago, where I’ve deepened my understanding of creative strategy, visual communication, and the craft of production. Blending intuition with intention, and pairing it with a strategic eye, has opened doors to photographing multiple seasons of New York Fashion Week and building an intimate connection with Chicago’s fashion community.

At my core, I’m driven by imagery that moves, lingers, and reveals something honest beneath the surface.
